GoalTrax / LaxTrax
The analytics platform built on GIx (GoalTrax Impact Score) — a player rating spanning positions. Every player rates above or below average (0.00 is average) across saves, shooting, and field play, so a save that clears possession counts for more than one that gives up a rebound. Available on web and iOS for men's and women's lacrosse.
Ascent
An iOS app for the spiritual journey — one guided step a day, from conversion to integration. Built and operated by LSS. Explore it at theascent-app.com.
Mason: Your Chief of Staff
A provider-independent chief-of-staff framework connecting owned context, capture, decisions, tasks, and follow-through. The MIT-licensed framework is public; the separate iPhone, iPad, and Mac app remains in private testing.
LineageKit
A public, MIT-licensed template for serious genealogy — evidence labels on every claim, bounded research cycles, GEDCOM tooling, and a deployable family archive site. Your AI installs it and works the research with you as a partner.
Practice Forward
Technology and workflow improvement for businesses, churches, and organizations: find the friction, fix one important workflow, and help the team use it. The offering is in development; engagement availability is not yet announced.

The Founder
Todd Lemieux
Todd Lemieux is a product strategist, technology leader, author, and speaker with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of financial services, analytics, and people development.
At Prudential Financial, Todd progressed through four senior roles across 13+ years — ultimately serving as Regional Director while previously owning enterprise platform rollouts for Salesforce and Envestnet, training over 3,000 financial professionals, and achieving a 400% improvement in user satisfaction.
Outside of Prudential, he founded GoalTrax and launched Ascent. His current work also includes Mason. He is also a published author and keynote speaker, co-authoring a book for Catholic teens and speaking to audiences on leadership, potential, and legacy.
The thread running through all of it is simple: Todd expresses his love by building things and solving problems. Every venture is an act of service — to athletes who deserve better data, to people seeking a deeper life of faith, to professionals who want to do their best work.
